What is the return and exchange policy?

We do not accept returns for our products due to the unique nature of them. Merchandise in perfect saleable condition, with the receipt may be exchanged for another product or store credit within a 14 day period of time from the date of delivery. Any sale or clearance merchandise are final sale only and not eligible for exchange or store credit.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping typically takes 2-3 business days for items that we have on hand. Due to the uniqueness of some of our products it may take 3-4 weeks to send the shipment.

What kind of care does natural leather need?

The natural, vegetable tanned leather may have natural markings of the hide including veins and wrinkles, allowing for a more natural and untreated look. Over time this leather will develop a special patina unique to this kind of leather and will grow over time with you. If it becomes stained do not try to clean it as over time the leather will darken and become less apparent over time.

If the leather does encounter any water, blot the leather out with a dry, lint free, absorbent cloth. Do not use any cleaners or solvents on the leather bags as they may compromise the integrity of the leather.

What kind of care does finished leathers need?

Finished leathers, such as a Saffiano finish or a pebble finish do not need any kind of special treatments and should only be cleaned with a damp, soft cloth. The use of any chemicals or cleaners is unadvisable as it may damage the finish the leather was given. Constant sunlight exposure affects the leather as well and may cause the color in the leather to fade if exposed to leather for extended periods of time.
